These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Plato Trillion's website and, except where a separate signed agreement applies, our services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Where a Master Services Agreement or order form is in place between you and Plato Trillion, that agreement governs your use of the corresponding Services and controls in the event of a conflict.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; or
- Reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including all related software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Plato Trillion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than as expressly stated.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Warranties for paid Services, if any, are set out in the applicable customer agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plato Trillion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
